The center is a specialist gathering gathers many of the Creative Iraqis working in the field of children culture and literacy, painters, writers, poets, researchers, dramatist, and musicians. The Center Aims to participate in arising Iraqi child's culture through projects supporting the Iraqi children's culture, supporting the workers and the creative people working in this field.
The center includes tens of names for specialists and professional people, experts whom they produced hundreds of products which supported the Iraqi child's cultures over the years and participated in active products in the other öArab countries. The center has the ability to achieve most of the projects concerning the child's culture and literacy includes but not limited to researches, studies, magazines, books, cartoon movies, child's poetry and songs, theater, and scientific and cultural TV programs in a professional way , and it has the ability to commence projects aiming to arise with the Iraq child's culture ,knowledge and social reality.

Center targets:

- to support the child culture through performing the projects in the cultural and educational fields as :
- the guided printed matters for the child ( the books, magazines and bulletins).
- - Animated carton movies.
- - Child's theater.
- - Educational programs and amusing radio and T.V programs.
- - Electronic education programs.
- - Child's song.
- - Researches and studies.
- - Modifying of child's rights.
- - Supporting the creators workers in literature and child's culture.
